Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of AgentPost, a product of Pivot Point Media Holdings (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By signing up for or using AgentPost, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. The Service
AgentPost is a monthly subscription service that provides independent insurance agents with done-for-you marketing content, including 30 social media posts and 4 email newsletters per month, personalized to the subscriber’s insurance niche, state, and audience.
Content is prepared and delivered to your inbox on a monthly basis. We reserve the right to update, improve, or modify the content format, delivery method, or service features with reasonable notice to subscribers.
2. Subscription Terms
📌 Key terms at a glance: $34/month after your 14-day free trial. No credit card required during trial. Cancel anytime.
- Subscription fee: $34.00 USD per month following the conclusion of your free trial period.
- Free trial: New subscribers receive a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start your trial.
- Billing: After the 14-day trial, your subscription begins and your payment method on file will be charged $34.00 monthly on your billing date.
- Billing cycle: Monthly, billed on the same day each month from the date your paid subscription begins.
- Price changes: We will give you at least 30 days’ notice of any price changes. Continued use of the service after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.
3. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your AgentPost subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees, no contracts, and no questions asked.
- To cancel, contact us at support@agentpost.pro and we will process your cancellation within 1 business day.
- If you cancel during your free trial, you will not be charged.
- If you cancel after your paid subscription has begun, you will retain access to the service through the end of your current billing period. We do not offer partial-month refunds.
- You can reactivate your subscription at any time.
4. 30-Day Rewrite Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of every content pack we deliver. If any post or newsletter in your monthly pack misses the mark, we will rewrite it at no additional charge.
- How to request: Email support@agentpost.pro with the subject line “Rewrite Request” and identify the specific piece(s) you want rewritten and why.
- Deadline: Rewrite requests must be submitted within 30 days of your monthly content delivery.
- Limit: One full rewrite per content item, per month.
- Scope: Rewrites address tone, relevance, accuracy, or compliance concerns. We do not rewrite content to promote specific carriers, guaranteed outcomes, or unapproved claims.
5. Acceptable Use
AgentPost content is licensed for use by the subscribing insurance agent only. By using our service, you agree to the following:
- Content is licensed for your personal professional use as a licensed insurance agent. You may post, distribute, and adapt the content to represent your own book of business.
- You may not resell, sublicense, distribute, or share content packs with other agents or agencies without prior written consent from AgentPost.
- You are responsible for reviewing content before publishing to ensure compliance with your specific carrier agreements, state regulations, and any additional guidelines applicable to your license.
- AgentPost content is designed to be compliance-friendly using industry-standard guidelines. However, compliance standards vary by state and carrier. We recommend a brief internal review before posting.
- You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
6. Intellectual Property
Once delivered, your monthly content pack is licensed to you for the uses described in Section 5. AgentPost retains ownership of its underlying content frameworks, templates, and systems. You retain ownership of any original material you add to or create from the delivered content.
7. Disclaimers
AgentPost content is provided for marketing and communication purposes only. It does not constitute legal, compliance, or regulatory advice. We do not guarantee that content will satisfy every carrier’s specific compliance requirements. You are responsible for final review before publishing.
AgentPost is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any insurance carrier, state insurance department, or regulatory body.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AgentPost and Pivot Point Media Holdings shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AgentPost, Pivot Point Media Holdings, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Virginia.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
