AgentPost (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a product of Pivot Point Media Holdings. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our service at agentpost.pro. Please read this policy carefully. We collect the following types of information when you sign up for or use AgentPost:
- Name and email address — collected during account registration and used to deliver your content pack and send service communications.
- Payment information — credit card and billing details processed securely by Stripe. AgentPost never stores your full card number on our servers.
- Insurance niche and state — collected during onboarding to personalize your monthly content pack.
- Usage data — basic analytics including pages visited and time on site, collected to improve our service.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Deliver your personalized monthly content pack (30 social posts + 4 newsletters).
- Process your subscription payments and manage billing.
- Send transactional emails such as receipts, content delivery notifications, and service updates.
- Respond to your support requests and rewrite requests.
- Improve the quality and relevance of our content over time.
- Comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your information for advertising purposes beyond our own service communications.
3. Third-Party Service Providers
We work with the following trusted third parties who process data on our behalf:
- Stripe (stripe.com/privacy) — Payment processing. Stripe handles all credit card transactions. Your payment data is governed by Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
- Resend (resend.com) — Transactional email delivery. Used to send your content packs and service notifications.
- GoHighLevel (GHL) — Customer relationship management. Used internally to manage subscriber accounts and communication history.
Each of these providers has their own privacy practices. We recommend reviewing their respective policies.
4. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you cancel your subscription, your account data is retained for 90 days to facilitate reactivation, then deleted upon request or purged automatically. Payment records may be retained longer as required by applicable accounting and tax laws.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access — Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification — Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.

AgentPost is intended for use by licensed insurance professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If we learn we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page and notify active subscribers by email if the changes are material. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
